Boulder Bay Scorecard for Meeting TRPA Environmental Thresholds (per FEIS)
Community input has been a critical piece in driving the design of Boulder Bay's Redevelopment Project Alternatives. Over the past 3 years, Boulder Bay has conducted hundreds of hours of community outreach and the result is a preferred project alternative that reflects local vision and values.
Currently Boulder Bay is in the final phase of regulatory decision making. The TRPA Governing Board will review the Final EIS document on March 23rd which includes comments from 195 individuals. Hauge Brueck Associates, hired to prepare the EIS document by TRPA, provided responses to all of the comments submitted within this final document.
