projected environment benefits
for boulder bay

Boulder Bay Resort & Wellness Center serves as an international model for ecological resort design. Through the design of an innovative, pedestrian, and transit oriented site that maximizes walkability and open space and minimizes energy and water use, the net result is a 32% reduction in overall carbon footprint compared to the current use. For the local community, visitors, and the planet this means a redevelopment that fosters an ongoing investment in health, well-being, and responsible stewardship.
